Is this supposed to be missing? I just brought my PS3 yesterday and as soon as I connected it to a network it made me do a system upgrade, which I did, and although I'm not positive that the TV section on the menu was there before, I do definitely know its not there now. Can anyone tell me how I can get it? I have tried to do a system restore but that didn't work. TIA

Try entering the Store and then exiting > check if TV services appear, if not then log into a different PS3 user account ( from the very left of your XMB) - if you don't have another user create one, log into it, then back into your original account (you can also now delete the recently made user if you wish) and you should now see the TV Services category.

If your TV services haven't downloaded themselves just yet you can try a few things to make it come thorugh.
Make sure your account is on auto sign in and have the password saved, then download MUBI from the store for free. (Only a small download).
Then if it doesn't bring all the TV channels with that, ensure its on auto sign in and then restart.
If that doesn't bring them accross give your local support centre a call and we can try troubleshoot it over the phone.
