He hasn't played Peace Walker yet, so when I told him about all the plot line fillers in PW he immediately wanted to play it. But of course, once you've played PW and learned all about The Boss - the next pull is to MGS3.
Plus, the game is "epic story line" defined. It kicks the crap out of most films I've watched (so it should, one of the cutscenes is a 45 minute masterpiece) and is so, so involving that I skipped college for 3 days to play it.
Big Boss is also an amazing character, topped only by the likes of Squall and The Boss herself.
So, right now, the game I most want to go back to is Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater.

I always want to go back to Zelda: Ocarina of Time, 1080 Snowboarding and Banjo Kazzooie (all on N64). I never seem to get round to it, despite all of them being in my cupboard.
The only game I've ever sold was Motorstorm, which I would love to play again.
Speaking of replaying games though, I just finished Uncharted 2 again over the past couple of days

I have so very very many games.
I guess its a product of my "sell on" nature with games. It means I get to experience dozens of games but at the same time i kinda regret i can't reach up into my collection to play a few old favourites.
Heavy Rain is one, all the GTA games (Kinda helps that the PS2 ones are outdated and i bought the ballad of gay tony) Uncharted: Drakes fortune - I actually lent that to a friend who never gave it back.
Those are the ones that spring to mind there is bound to about 50
