Do you mean like Tex's? It's from this very site. If you look at the top of the site and find the homepage and click on 'PlayStation' (top right, not top left) it'll take you to the homepage, then find 'my PSN' from the sub-options'.

You'll need to sign in again and from there you should see an option to customize your card and the code to put it in your sig.

I just bought 2x £20 and they get emailed and texted within seconds.

PSN points @ ShopTo

I've done the maths and it actually works out to be a better deal to buy the £20 cards rather than the £50 cards, so I'd recommend those!
