I might pick this up again for the PS3, I played it to death on 360, Episode 3 can't come soon enough!!!

There was a sound bug too. were it would go all crackly until you quit the game and started it again.

Yeah even that Gabe  guy from Valve said they were sorry they did not do a better job of the Ps3 version, thats why i never touched it on the Ps3, although i already had it via steam anyway.

Games like Uncharted 2 and MGS4 leave Bioshock and Orange box weeping

Just bought The Orange box for a tenner, perfect condition , but started to freeze on the water hazard HL2.

ripped the PS3 apart as it kept doing it!! i've had it a few years, so i cleaned the lens and put back together(eventually) still froze in the same place, even did the firmware re-install via storage media. Portal seems fine though.

What a load of *****, I am gonna miss the first outing of HL2 and go straight to Episode One.

Its poor that they would release with these issues!!

Last chance saloon i will re-install the update and see if it resolves it.. thanks for the info btw.

p.s. Bioshock is the Nuts, So is Uncharted 2 and MGS4 ( orange box is out with the jury for now)

I seem to have resolved the above issue, all i did was restart the section water hazard by going to the start new game and choosing that chapter. Absolutely no issues as yet especially in the area that i had the issues. i had given up and started episode one. Glad i went back :-)
