Re: Time setting.

Try setting it to BST British Summer Time in the option!

Below is a Signature

Sony are stabbing their loyal family customers in the back - We have 3 PS3s and 3 PSPs all on the same IP address and all registered with Sony. Why can't we use them at the same time anymore?

Re: Time setting.

The PS3 clock is sort of awful, it doesn't auto update, so messages sent to you form other people appear before the messages you sent them and all sorts. Have fun

Re: Time setting.

I find it odd that the PS3 needs changing between BST and GMT and that the clock is prone to drifting out of time

I recently got my PlayStation 2 out of the attic the other week and plugged it in, without a memory card and not only was it at the correct time but it was also in BST. It had been in the attic for over two years unused but it has a better and more durable clock

Sony you are weird mate :smileytongue:

Re: Time setting.

yh i remeber few years back when we had the last leap year the my 40GB phat would'nt sign in PSN for few days as the clock was out and had to wait for an update to get it working again.

i got the same problem with sending and recieving messages, i would send a messages at about 12:30pm say to a friend and then they would reply about 2/3 min later but it would show 11:33am.

Re: Time setting.

Every clock or watch drifts out of time a day is never bang on 24hrs it can be either a few seconds more or less.

So clocks are never accurate unless they auto update.
