I picked up a pair from Tesco Direct on Monday and got them for £133.20 (143.20 less £10 offer code) and can't fault them so far. I had a set of Tritton Pro AX's before that which I found to be terrible sound quality wise - too many drivers in such a small space created a lot of nasty sounding standing waves in such a confined area, but that's just my picky / sensitive hearing.

One of the things I like about the PX5's is that you can use a standard pair of headphones straight out of the transmitter and still get the 5.1 surround output (albeit without the headset preset enhancements).

I'm not worried about interference from other devices in the house - I've worked with radio systems in the 2.4Ghz range before (in ear monitoring systems) and the majority of systems in the home scan the frequencies when powered up and select an empty slot to use. So, unless you're powering up your wireless router, DECT phone system and wireless headphones at exactly the same time, usage of the PX5's under normal circumstances (eg, not sitting the transmitter on top of the wireless router or right next to the DECT base station) shouldn't be plagued with drop outs.

I 've just experienced the PX5 playing infamous & watched quick section of Transformers on Bluray. I got to say its probably the best accessory I've bought for the Ps3! Sound is crisp, clear & right amount of bass to add extra dimension, really impressed. I'm not getting into a war about which headset is the best but anyone who hasn't got a 5.1 surround sound headset should definitely consider getting one whatever the brand! Only thing I did notice was there wasn't a 7.1 surround sound option in XMB & the ps3 (naff) browser didn't work properly while the headset unit was on but that didn't bother me!

@ziggyBoo, glad you like them mate, they really are good. 

I couldnt be without mine now, i use mine nearly all the time, really gald i bought them.
