One simple request is for the option to set the console to power down when a download completes. for example if downloading a large file like a big demo or game or even movie file its usefull to set this to download overnight but the console will continue to run until morning or until the set time for power saving shut down. this could well past the download finishes or may be before it finishes. A simple additional check box on the screen when you click download.

Uhm.. this is already possible.. just 'shut down' your system, and if there is something downloading you will have the option to really shut down when the downloads are completed, hell it even installs demo's before shutting down...

I would like the ability to create playlists for videos stored on my PS3 hard drive or stored on my media server.
Would also like the option to shuffle & play all videos in a folder.
And the ability to play more video media formats

After some searching the XMB after reading your reply I found the option you mentioned in the Turn Off System at the far left of the XMB previously I have never used this option to turn off my PS3 I have always used the PS button on the DS3/Sixaxis so didnt realise it was there but now I do so thanks ![]()

What I would like to see is a version of Playstation Home accesible to under 13's like myself. But we could meet up with over 13 PSN friends in our apartment and our apartment only. That way everyone could experience playstation home.

Even if they removed voice chat and made a quick chat list that was the only way of talking? With no photo uploads.
