so far i have seen the following points raised in this thread
1) a simple to use theme maker
2) this topic to be made sticky
3) a site/page to be made compiling themes submitted
4) knowledge of how to use that unofficial them maker

Funny thing was, I had no idea what I was doing or even what an XML file was, but me and liam-nufc got there in the end lol

your vista theme worked on the icons great but i didnt see backgrounds.

All the program does is convert the files, all of the coding has to be done in notepad. i dont know much about html but i was able to make this little big planet theme. : )

Like, creat a icon with photoshop, then click n drag work

The three sony made themes are available to download on the usa store as of now.

WOW the usa store was updated before the EU store! Wonder why?

Im pretty sure this aint an official sony theme maker

I think its a form of homebrew

If sony makes 1 it will most likley resemble the psp one
