Hello all, 

first post here

I originally bought a 360 way back at launch, but after a year I wasnt interested in pretty much any games that were out or coming out so I sold it.  Fast forward quite a few years, I've bought a PS3 mainly for catch up tv and Netflix and as a blu-ray player, but I decided to trade in the free games the bundle came with and bought Ps Plus, and ive got the gaming itch!

So basically Im just after a list of games from good to the best through the playstation's life cycle (multiplatform is fine, seeing as I missed them all too) 

I have played Fallout 3, and mass effect 1 and 2 on PC oh and skyrim and oblivion.

Deffinately after the old ones because they'll be alot cheaper.  I've read alot of "top 10" lists, but the majority are modern games and I do fancy the forgotten ones I've missed out on.

In general I like games with a good story, I'll get bored and won't finish a game unless there's a good story - graphics are nice,I do love a pretty game, but story is what im after.

Uncharted 1 (others will say 2 and 3 but IMO it went down hill after 1)

DC Universe Fee download and to play but with optional sub option

Little Big Planet 1&2

Modnation racers

Everybodys golf

Resistence 1 again the better game IMO over 2 and 3

Most of the above you can get cheap

Well i would say:

Assassins Creed 2 (best out the 4, 1 being ok, Brotherhood and Revelations feel like an expansion pack on 2. If your interested in the story, read about 1 online, get 2, and possibly get Brotherhood and Revelations later)
Batman Arkham City (better than Asylum)
Heavenly Sword
inFamous 1 & 2 (2 is free on PS+ at the moment)
GTA IV & Episodes from Liberty City
Metal Gear Solid 4
The Orange Box (mainly for Portal!)
Uncharted series

I prefer uncharted 2 personally but that may be because it was the first I got on a whim and it was a pleasant surprise (didn't know what to expect), they are all good though.

Deus Ex: Human revolution is good, Arkham city or Arkham Asylum (both are fantastic), Assassins creed 2, heavy rain, the orange box and portal 2.

- Uncharted 1,2 & 3
- Infamous 1 & 2
- Killzone 2 & 3
- MGS4
- Battlefield Bad Company 1 & 2
- Gran Turismo 5
- GTA IV
- Heavy Rain

There some of the older games i played that i really enjoyed, quite a few of them can be purchased at cheaper proces around £15 on shopto.net as the Platinum version of the game

Saints Row the Third (it's not heavy on story well maybe OTT story but its top fun)

Genji: Days of the Blade looks gorgeous (it's quite old and as it lacks trophies and people have forgotten about it so you can get it quite cheaply

I just bought plus, been away for two years and missed a load of good games now I have too many to play. U would genreally go along with the others:

Flower - I liked the change of pace,
