Hi I have just bought playtv. The item was a preowned item from ebgames and comes with a voucher code which must be entered to get the electronic promme guide to go from 2 hours to 7 days. The code doesn't work as it is preowned and already used. What can I do? I have tried phoning the number in the back of the instruction booklet and the guy there said he could not activate it, nor could he give me a new code.

This is one of the disadvantages of buying games/PlayTV pre-owned. You will need to buy the 'Live Chat Upgrade' off the PS Store for about £7 to get the 7-day EPG. If the game shop said that the code would work then take it back to them and get a refund but if not there's nothing you can do about it.

Publishers do things like this specifically to discourage people from buying used games so they won't send you a new code.
