Re: What is better?

If I could put the hardware from the slim into a phat 60GB case and keep the cards reader and 4 USB ports then it would be the best PS3 ever made, To me the beauty was in the Phat PS3's. The Slim's just look cheap but you can buy skins for them to make them more appealing.

Re: What is better?

When my old Ps3 died I went out n picked up a 250GB slim and a second hand Ps2 so I haven't missed it at all (slim ps2's can be picked up for bout 30 second hand) Also got a component cable for the ps2 which defiantly makes it crisper than usual on my LCD (allows progressive scan too) Also got a multi card usb reader from a pound shop so I could plug my memory card into my slim. Its not quite the all-in-one solution I had, but its probably more preferable to me. Deosn't run as hot or noisy anyway lol

Re: What is better?

always preferred the spiderman font and I do miss the lack of chrome on the higher end models (well 320gb) that was one of the great looks on having the 60GB model, the extra chrome to show you've just shelled out 400+ bones on essentially a toy!
