I have been listening to Playstation Nation Podcast. Its good but a bit long and rambling for my liking. Man I havent got the time to listen to 90 or 120minutes when a lot of its is making lame American humour.

I agree with this ... SG Blu is my favourite podcast.  Very very funny/rude ... sometimes they even talk about PS3/games

lol.. yeah. Seems to only be Playstation Nation that has some sort of coherent content about Playstation at all.. Usually, you're lucky if someone mentions "psn" without some sort of snark. Because if there should be more than that, it's necessary to actually set things on the agenda yourself. And most of the console-magazines simply won't do that. Pick up games that haven't been showcased, and talking about them. In fact, they're considered "neutral" very often because they honestly have no other agenda than mentioning things from press-releases.

..I mean, the rest of the podcasts really suck. Garnett Lee used to have something useful to say when he worked at joystiq. The shacknews podcast he's on now is just noise, and so is joystiq's. 1up is sometimes possible to listen to, if you can phase out the shrill whining when someone tries to explain away their opinion when they declared it as being correct, and it happened to be demonstrably wrong in every single possible way. Never mind the obsession they have on all of the podcasts with talking about how they talk about hype.

Seriously.. "oi keep sayin' things the publishers insist on the press-events, and I think that's completely righteous, as long as I come back on the show a month later and explain how it may have been a skewed opinion, but that I'm still defending it as my own opinion, like totally, and that makes my integrity unsullied and *****".

Usually listen to Podcast Beyond from IGN, lot of in jokes though. The addition of Colin Moriarty to the podcast has added some intelligence to it.

I listen to IGN's Podcast Beyond. Easily the funniest Playstation podcast out there in my opinion.
