FF8 did...because I was about 8 at the time and had to turn it off before the end of the first set of credits, so thought Squall was dead until I replayed it a year ago

MGS3 did, MGS4 didn't =/
Most recent one was FF7: Crisis Core, you knew it was coming the whole time but it was pulled off so well, it was just perfect.

Yeah thats mine too, FFVIII when your at the end and think Squall's dead, also  FFVII Aeris and Red XIII.

End of GTA IV where niko thinks about his soul and how its been affected  and in general the whole story line of GTA IV

MGS4 act 4 at the heliport got me emotional
MGS3 ending i had tears wollowing up and i was depressed for the rest of the day

Tomb Raider 4's ending, more gut renching than tears though and HL2: Episode 2. Films tend to get to me more than games.

i thought the run up to the end of crisis core  was quiet a tearjerking moment i almost cried
