Re: Would you date a girl you met at Playstation Home?

Since Home is about community, game's, movie's, and just bs'n with everyone. I wonder....the chances...of hooking up. I mean I'm sure they'll be girls in Home, but mostly cackalacky. I know this sounds kinda weird, but....... If you just so happen to like a girl you met from PS Home, would you date her? Well with the Xbox 360 Live camera you can see and hear who you are talking or playing with...So unless Sony can use their new cam with HOME and you happen to meet a girl online and you like each other I dont see why not. I have come across a few people on Xbox Live that have hooked up and its worked out great for them. :smileyhappy:

Re: Would you date a girl you met at Playstation Home?

1) To be totally honest I wouldn't, for the main reasons, I'm still at school, so there are PLENTY of fine girls there.
2) I have a girlfriend, no one mention number one
3) It's safer dating people you meet physically, I guess it's probably easier for most people to talk online, and you can still get a good idea of their personality, but irl you can obviously see what they look like, and how they act normally too, which is a big difference really.
4) I agree with the other guy too, that said something along the lines of
"internet friends are for the internet, real life friends are for real life"
Although I respect people who meet others online, there's nothing wrong with that IMO.
5) I don't agree with the people saying there are no PS3 girls, there are PS3 girls. True there aren't half as many as PS3 guys, but there are a few, and some of them are really nice; just look around:smileyhappy:

I doubt they will because apparently they dont want people to abuse the service and i've got no doubt that people might get up to a bit of hanky-panky just over headsets let alone cameras!!!:smileyvery-happy: :smileywink:

Re: Would you date a girl you met at Playstation Home?

If I was young free and single and met a girl on there then sure why not??? No different to meeting someone online in a chatroom or something.,... Infact I met my now wife on the internet chat program Paltalk 6 years ago when it was still considered geeky! Now lots of people find dates online :smileyhappy: Heck I only moved from England to Denmark to be with her!...lol Hence me now living in Denmark 5 years and counting... Don't regret one bit! Oh and btw, I was not looking for someone online back then, it just happened... So if you talk to boys/girls on MSN, chatrooms etc then nothing is impossible... some of you think that Internet friends are for the internet, I totally disagree... Aslong as each person is honest (you can tell who the liars are eventaully)) with each other, then its a great way of getting to know people and if they are in another country and you ABSOLUTELY 100% trust them, then you can rely on a cheap board if you visit their country and a great tourist guide :smileyhappy: But I am not endorsing that you do this!
