YLOD Is Any Console More Prone

A friend is thinking of getting a 2nd hand PS3 and I am sure I have read on here some where that there is a Console that is more prone to getting the YLOD or is this not true?

Thanks

One that is crammed in a corner with no room and no cool air getting in will be more prone than a ps3 in the open

slims are less prone that phats (I believe).
Better getting a new one than preowned if possible, don't think the price difference is that much anymore.

Safer to get one from a shop (eg game or gamestation) as can take it back if have a problem rather than buying off ebay.

This!

Always buy new if you can as you never know how the previous owner/s have looked after it.

60GB originals are reported a lot more than other models, but all models can get YLOD.
