I liked this thread.
however, i feel like an outcast. I personally love an MMo and a JRPG. I lost a good few days on the trot on WoW and i was in love with EQOA on the PS2. subs and all. I also love a good beat em up, but i think the excitement of the beat em up s lost online. you need to be able to talk/ see your opponent.
Simulation games for sure

You're never an outcast Ringo my old mucker. ![]()
I too am a right JRPG head. I've now clocked up over 100 hours on Star Ocean Last Hope, and Heavy Rain and WKC are both sitting there unopened because of it ! Well geeky, but I can't leave the game alone lol.

Star Ocean, what is it like?
I am tempted by WKC but i read that the online part is kind of "gimped" compared to the offline SP.
but when you unwrap it let me know what it is like. i need some more games like this in my life

Platformers.
RPGS
Action adventures
FPS
TPS
RTS
And pretty much every other type of game.
Oh i also hate life simulators like the sims. Epic yawn!
EDIT: Ringo WKC is great im really enjoying it, there isn't as much missions for online but the singleplayer is great and co-op missions do work well online ![]()

Lol my sentiments exactly Ratchet.
Ringo... Star Ocean is dope mate. At first I found it a bit of a minefield as the battle system and menus are different to other JRPG's I've played....there is so much to do ! But then this is it's greatest strength also.
It's graphically lush, and even though the voice acting is pretty lame, you do get right into the story. It's also my first true JRPG experience on the PS3, and after going so long without playing one, I've realised how much I've missed it !
