ok i havent been on the online device management website for ages and last time i was on it i remember i had either 2 or 3 activated ps3's on it, today i went on the site and it says i have 4 activated devices but i havent had any new ps3's since that last time i checked :s

anyway i only have one ps3 console any others i had were broken and sent back to sony, it seems the only way to deactivate the consoles is by deactivating all 4 systems so my question is what will happen if i deactivate all 4? will i lose all my downloads etc on my console that i own?

Nope, it'll level you off at zero activations and when you log back in on your PS3 that will be your one activation and your DL list will be intact.

Note that your video activation has to be reset via customer services.

by video do you mean for services like netflix/lovefilm etc? i dont use any of those anyway.

Nah just the Video Store, the streaming services won't be affected.
