Ihave not set my ps3 up for several reasons so i cannot access what i am after to download and copy via usb.

 

example dlc free for catwoman for batman arkham city, any way i can do this via my PC

No all PS3 DLC MUST be downloaded via the Playstation Store on the console their is no other way
