dualshock 3

hi my dualshock 3 is working on the xmb and menus on the games but when i play the game iit sont work proper i went on to GT on ps3 and it is like the buttens are being pressed when thay ant and went on fifa 10 demo and it would always  lose control when the ball was pased to them before all of this thout i conected it to my psp go it was working fine till i used it on my psp go plz help
