I've been wondering is there a way to get rid of the sticky remnants of a psp protector screen I've heard alcohol doesn't help can you?

its unusual for screen protectors to leave a sticky residue after its came off normally a LCD Cleaner will get it off or try putting a little warm water on a cloth not to much and rub a tiny bit of washing up liquid into the cloth that should get most if not all of it

I feel really bad because the washing up liquid went into the buttons and screen anything I can do, I don't blame you but can you help?

did you put the washing up liquid on the screen direct or on the cloth first? you can remove the shell

How to remove and replace a psp faceplate

im not sure which psp you have but they are close enough to each other and the screws will be near enough in the same place
