hey guys just wondering if anyone can help a fellow gamer out. last night i was playing mw3 with my mates and my nat type was open which it has been for a long time. got up this morning to play and it had changed to strict and im lost cause my internet connection tells me i have a type 2 nat. i have been banging my head against a wall all day trying to get it to work. i have tried the mw2 thing and even that is telling me its a strict nat type aswell. any help will be greatly appreciated. u may just get written into my will haha.

Have you reset your router?

have u tried port forwarding your router?

If you want it open just put your PS3 in you a DMZ in the router settings

I thought nat 2 was generally accepted as fine anyhow though  because its more secure than open

Nat2 is more secure and generally works but still has issues with a few titles. I'm stuck with Type 3 on my vita :'(
