I would be very surprised if this turns out to be true, some of those specs are way too high to be realistic. 16 PPE Cell? 10GB + 10GB RAM? Riiiiight.

And despite those surreal high specs, it's still talking about 320GB hard drives, how backwards isn't that? There are 500GB single platter 2.5" drives available now (I'm guessing we will see a 500GB PS3 model to be announced later this summer), and by Q3 2012 there will maybe even be 1TB single platter 2.5" drives available.

That said, it would be lovely if true, having full backwards compability with PS1, PS2 and PS3.

Too soon! for the PS3 to be released in 2013; more like 2016 & 2017. Some of those specs are similar to what we have now; but if they were going to fetch out a PS3 they'll use a better chip that can process multiple amounts of data at one time; something which I've found the PS3 to be struggling with at times.

This is goes against All the AMD leaked rumour info that they had won the contract for PS4 CPU, GPU, APU, not Intell or IBM, which means its x86 CPU line not IBMs Cell. (which makes BC a nightmare for the emulator.)

There is no way they can hold out until 2017, new Xbox will probably next year and the wii u this year. Its really showing its ages the ps3, another 5 years would be suicide.
