There are numerous problems with Virgin Media and PSN. Corrupt downloads, constantly getting signed out, slow speeds.

I've finally had enough and decided to ditch them.

As for port forwarding, log into your router click on advance and then port forwarding. Then enter the ports you want to forward.

Never had a problem in the two years I have had the hub and I have downloaded 100's of stuff on 3 PS3's, 3 PSP's , 2 PS vita's

I was waiting for your "I never had a problem, blah blah" reply.

And here you are. :smileyhappy:

Sony are stabbing their loyal family customers in the back - We have 3 PS3s and 3 PSPs all on the same IP address and all registered with Sony. Why can't we use them at the same time anymore?

Re: port forwarding for Virgin Superhub

I have been with virgin for nearly 6 years and I have never had a problem either until now and now all of a sudden I can't download game it is very frustrating, everything else works fine (lovefilm, browser etc) it just won't let me install the games via the psn

Re: port forwarding for Virgin Superhub

Well clearly there is nothing wrong with Virgin Media. The proof is in the pudding after all, or something like that.

Re: port forwarding for Virgin Superhub

It's known problem with some of the superhubs, there is a firmware fix which they are testing which has been found to have good results. You can either wait for the fix or put your superhub into modem mode ( i had to do this) and the games DL and install OK, not ideal if people want to use it for wireless so I just DL then put in back to router mode

I am on R36 waiting for the R36T12 firmware to go live:Stupid:

Cheers
