I recently downloaded max payne on the ps3 but after playing through the majority of the game on my ps2 recently i cba to do it all agin so i downloaded a game save put it on a usb and transfered it to my ps3

But when i load up the game it says there is no ps2 save data available. anyone know why this is happening?

I guess you downloaded a save for the PS2 US version of Max Payne and not the PS2 Euro version of Max Payne.

i downloaded the eu save file i made sure.
