Hello I am new to ps3 and all this as was xbox fan but i have been playing Resistance 3 and it mess up so i when to ps button hold it down to show quit game turn of the system and all that stuff but when quit game i my ps3 beep 2-3 time and did restart what dose this mean

Nothing to worry about. The PS3 is resetting to recover from the crash. The beeping is telling you there is disc activity when it's shutting down. It's just a warning as it shouldn't be shutdown while the disc is active.
