Re: re-downloading purchased games?

Or go though Account Management on the XMB, look for Download List / Transaction History. Every download, free or paid for, will be listed, just download again.

Too late now, but did you deactivate your PSN account on your last console via account management on the PS3??

Re: re-downloading purchased games?

Hi everyone, I am having a similar problem to the people above, I bought an original 60GB PS3 on the Australian release day back in 2007 and it had work flawlessly until a week ago when it shut itself down and stopped working completely. Anyway I sent it to Sony who sent me a fully reconditioned system. This system works fine accept I can't download any of the old additional content for any of my games or download anything at all off the Playstation store. I have tried activating the new console for my PSN account and I even deactivated my account on my brothers PS3 and it still won't download my old purchased content. The store says I own the files and that I just have to press download to download button to download, but when I do nothing happens. Going to the download list as suggested in a previous post brings up an error message which says "An error has occurred. (80023102). Any ideas? Any help would be much appreciated.

Re: re-downloading purchased games?

I am having the same problem with redownloading back to Kark land for battlefield. I don't know why but the game (battlefield) says I need to redownload it for no charge. I tried that and it wanted me to buy it again, account management says I never bought it. What can I do?

Hmm i have never had this issue when re-downloading content to a new console (Im on my 4th PS3 now)... so All i can recommend is that you give that error code (80023102) to the playstation support guys and see what they can do.

Just to be clear about this,, You did disable GAME & VIDEO from your last console before activating them on your new one?

They changed it so now you can only have your stuff active on 2 consoles.

All i have ever done when re-downloading is went into

Account Management> Transaction Management> Download List. -and from there i just take what i need back onto the new console.

Anyway.. you say you sent your old console off to Sony and they replaced it for you, so they might be able to do something for you there.

Anyway.. Tha's a bit of a weird one, it SHOULD be already in your Acc managemnet> Download List.

Is there a RED shopping bag symbol next to Back to Karkand DLC on the store? Could be blue, but that Blue shopping bag symbol means you can buy more, while the red shopping bag symbol means you already have the item and dont need it again.

This sounds like a job for the support team.
