Use the bookmarks for IPTV thats built for PS3 that spain has.

See this topic to enable them with a very simple change of location.

It is in the media section as it is about Media Use so not suprised you missed it.

The content provided may be limited but thats all the Network is Allowing for foreign IP addresses to watch on HDTVs devices, not 13 inch PC monitors.

( Yes connecting your PC to a Family HDTV is possible and more people are doing it but that number remains to small for networks to care ).

The norm for People away from Home Is to have People you know in your home country to Record to DVD+/-RW then Post it to you. You then post back the DVD+/-RW and repeat each month.

This way you don't get a big drop in quality web streaming can have on the cheaper broadband, that UK ISPs can supply.
