Not sure what you're asking but I'll chuck some knowledge out there in the hope I answer your question.
• If you want to put movies that are on the PS3 onto your PC then you will need to plug in a harddrive or flash stick. Then hover over the film > press triangle > select 'copy'.
This can also be reversed in order to put films onto your PS3 that you have on your hard drive.
• If you are asking how to get movies for your PS3 then I would suggest either checking the PS video store (as suggested above) or using a streaming service like netflix, BBC iPlayer, etc.
