Hard thing to say really, but I guess the one thing I dislike the most are idiotic immature main characters. I don't want to play as an idiot. A scary amount of japanese games had this problem this console generation.

Other thing are things like idiotic side characters that you have to keep alive during some escort mission and they happily rush towards their death.

And then of course the stuff mentioned in the opening post, especially QTEs.

Oh man. You are so right re: Escort missions.

Why is it programmers put so much time into enemy artificial intelligence yet programme allies like they could be outwitted by your average pebble.

I think that's one bug you'll never be able to iron out

A few things. In no particular order:

- Copy-protected saves;
- Lack of control cutomisation;
- Inability of my character to step over a low wall or a log, or getting stuck behind a blade of grass.

There's probably others.
