Hi Sony banned me from these forums for 5000 minutes thats about four days to be correct i wasnt aware of spamming what is that all about has anybody else had this problem? Is it sony that ban from these servers or the moderators here thanks for your help.

Spamming is basically posting useless tripe on the forum. Anything from harmless repetitive questions just designed to annoy other users, to blatant advertising or (at the extreme end) posting potentially offensive material (i.e. links to porn sites etc.). It's the moderators that will implement the ban, but by extension it is Sony as they are of course Sony employees.

If you are banned, how come you've managed to post?  Spamming on these forums i think is generally when writing useless comments over and over again.  Some people do it to boost their post count.
