4od and media remote

why wont my ps3 media remote work with 4od , it's the official sony one i can get as far as upto the play screen then i have to pick up and use the game controller to press play . 4od works with the media remote for xbox ?

because 4OD uses FLASH player, there is no ANOLOGUE emulation on the BD DIGITAL remote for the flash player. (  version 3 of the BD remote released in japan will have Anologue mode. It will also have IR to controll TV )

 Unlike BBC Iplayer, Netflix, lovefilm, that have had the interface rewritten to support Anologue emulation on the Time bar and controlls.

 

This Effects most Digital controll options on HDTVs as well. but now most are being altered to come with Mouse emulation on the Remote now.

 

For IPTV that uses FLASH use K&M, Nav & MOVE, or DS3/Sixaxis... not BD remote.
