Not up to sony
Channel 5 are an independant comapny the same as SKY.
If they want to sign up to a Console Exclusive with Microsoft they can. If microsoft dont offer enough.
It will one day release on PS3.

we will never be able to watch demand5 until sony decide to update flash as it used adobe flash player 10 or above.
Flash will never be updated because Adobe have finished supporting it for non PC browsers HTML5 is the way forward websites need to start embracing it more or get left behind.
Its still down to CH5 to get it on to PS3 they have no excuse BBCiplayer is a fine example of how to do the job well.
Flash and silverlight players are old news in the current demand for lightweight low memory requirement browsers HTML based players are the way forward.
