Hey guys, ever since the latest PSN update i have lost my love film app. its not under the TV section or under the new my channels area to download. litterly it just packed its bags and left.

some people suggested i go into PShome load in walk about and leave and then it should reappear but alas it has not worked.

any suggestions would be helpful.

Try this.

To get the icons back.

Create new PS3 user... NOT PSN ID

log in to this user on PS3

Scroll across to PS STORE.

click on PS store 

Fill in store details 

select UK for location

select any date of birth over 18

go into store 

leave store.

log out of new user then instantly re login to PS3 on that user.

TV icon will now display ON XMB.

Download all bookmarks and apps

log out of new user and back to original PS3 user.

Ta da icons are still there.

Keep the new user untill your old user is fixed.

Its a lot quicker to do than to type it.

no im the same as him, I have all the apps and channels icons after lots of work to get them to load (and the thing that worked on that one was simply loading the Whats new panel, which I havec turned off in settings).

but the LoveFilm app is NOT there still.

This is still an issue for me, Lovefilm is not available in the store to download, and is nowhere on XMB, I have just been speaking to CS to help but they could not.

I have the same problem, LoveFilm has disapeared, and I cant seem to find away to get it back. I have the my channels icon but it is not available to download from there.

strangle it on mine last time I looked have you tried signing out and in again I had to do this to get the Video/Service tab to show when FW 3.70 was first released.

Tried all these things, im amazed this issue has still not been sorted, anyone heard of a fix yet?

nope its still not here for me, you would think they would just add the app to the store for us.

When I last spoke to CS the last suggestion they had was a full system restore, so I ended up leaving that, too much hassle

Love film is no longer activated buy Firmware dial home, You need to go into the PSN store and redownload it.
