Play TV disc missing since moving house and I really want to get it setup so I can use it. Is anyone willing to lend me their disk so I can reinstall please? Willing to pay for the favour I am a trustworthy person and can prove who I am etc.

I can't find it on eBay disc only or amazon etc.

asking someone here to " lend" you a disc or pay for it, not permitted here.

Keep searching for it online. more likely you have to pay a full price for playtv disc and accessories.

PS. Shocking support from PlayStation on this matter on the helpdesk... didn't want to know! Would never treat a paying customer like that. Sort it out PlayStation or you'll lose me to Microsoft!

Whatever u do - DO NOT UPDATE to Play TV 2.0.3 - it is ROTTEN - will crash in the background and cause your system to freeze...

ah, i was wondering why my playtv was always being a pain and randomly turning the ps3 on, even though i have nothing scheduled to record. , fingers crossed we will get an update to sort out the issue.

Did you sort your problem out? I'm in the same boat, sent my PS3 back 2 sony about 4 years ago for a replacement but forgot to take the disk i left in there out lol

If Sony could put the play tv app in the Sony store this would be prob solved. Sony please do so I'm sure end users are even willing to pay.please launch the playtv app on the Sony store please.
