Qriocity - false advertisement

Who do I e-mail phone to let them know that some tracks on Qriocity are not what they say they are.

Seriously, have you tried listening to "Good News For Those People Who Like Bad News"?

A great lo-fi album now sounds like it should be playing in my local Indian resturante.

It's wierd as it works fine on my PC and EeePad, just not on the PS3 or PSP.

What's going on? Are there any other albums out there that are incorrect?

Please use plain text.

Re: Qriocity - false advertisement

Go to http://www.qriocity.com scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "About Us" this should give you the correct contact details for which ever country you are in.

The PS forum spell checker wants to replace xbox's with 'sob's' !
I'm not going to say what it wants to replace PS2's and PS3's with !!!

Re: Qriocity - false advertisement

They will send you a generic response mate, or feed you some crap that doesn't really answer the question. Thats what i got. Does anyone know what the 'improved features' were from version 1.10?

Looks to me like they have made it worse, rather than improved anything, as now it seems to load a lot slower, and I am quite often getting the following message...."a connection to the servers could not be established."

This application really has been a big disappointment so far. I wish they would update it more regularly, enhancing the experience, and making it even half worth the expensive 9.99 a month for premium. There is potential for it to be good, but even some of the most basic features are missing e.g you can't even delete songs from your library or create playlists using your PS3. Poor show!

Re: Music unlimited - false advertisement

[ Edited ]

The feature they added from the feature update list was...............

Additional trial option.

Completely free trial added.

The music unlimited service on PS3 can be used for free with out a need for an automatic sub but all music will be limited to 30 seconds clips.

And yes it does clearly state you need a PC to manage music on the sub.

Expect one of the Hidden updates Is more IP filtering and more handshake data from devices conecting.

As its the first update since the PSN server down time.

Dont get any time out errors from servers, yesterday even when using the search options.

And to day its still up and running fine.

Thanks for the update info Graphite,

but just because you are not experiencing any problems personally doesn't mean that others are not though mate. It worked perfectly well before the update, and since updating it has become laggy, and slow.

I have also spoken with others that use the service, that share the same problem.

I know it states managing music from PC in the sub, but I thought that they would have integrated it to become managable using the PS3 by now.

Its a real chore having to load up the laptop everytime I want to add a song to a custom playlist or delete something I have added to my library by mistake. If you can add songs using your PS3 then surely you should be able to remove them the same way, no?

I don't think its too much to ask for some basic functionality to be added to PS3 as part of a 9.99 per month subscription.

There's lots of room for improvement , and if Sony want the service to gain popularity, then they have a lot of work to do yet.
