Zodiac: Directors Cut

This is imo one of the best blu-rays especially since it's filled with some great documentaries, you can get it at Amazon for 8.98.

Re: The Blu-ray Bargain Bin!

In fact in addition to my post above just check out CDWOW Blu Ray new releases, Quantum of Solace £10, Twilight £8.99, Each of the new Bourne releases £6.99, Domino £5.99 etc etc.
X-Men trilogy pre-release £23.99
Can anyone confirm if they are grey imports (something CDWOW used to do but got stopped for) as I checked the audio on most of them and they are English and Russian, although all listed as Region B

Re: The Blu-ray Bargain Bin!

Pre-order, release date is: 15/06/2009

Ghostbuster with key ring for £13.99 at play.com :- Direct Link

Not a bad price considering the key ring will set you back £3 on its own. So in affect you are getting the blu-ray for £10.99

Absolute bargain for a classic film... it just waits to be seen what the transfer is going to be like, however they are saying it has been digitally re-mastered.

Re: The Blu-ray Bargain Bin!

It is well worth watching the Amazon 3 for 2 offers on a daily basis. The selection of films on offer might not change on a daily basis but with many of the films in the offer the prices seem to change pretty quickly. Many of the films within the 3 for 2 offers will dip to under a tenner for a day or 2 before going back upto £13 to £14 for example. Good timing often means you can get films for £6 - £6.50

Pirates Of The Caribbean 1/2/3; Resident Evil 1/2/3;The 6th Day & The Covenant are a few quick examples of films that were available for £10 briefly.

dvd.co.uk is another site worth looking at with a pretty good £18 for 2 section. They also have Rocknrolla for £9.99

ASDA have a decent 2 for £20 offer in store as well with some films not seen in other online offers.

Even if it doesn't have an offer sticker it is worth taking any films charted lower than the top 20 to the counter to see if they are actually in the offer.

Just got Scorpion King 2 as part of a £20 for 2 deal and I've not seen that in the online offers yet and it wasn't stickered up.
