Account problem

Hi, I have recently received a new replacement ps3 slim through the technical support department. It arrived yesterday 14.05.12 and trying to sign in to my old account it wouldn't let me. I've had to create a whole new account and I have lost everything I have bought previously from the playstion store. I know the information of my previous account that I entered is correct because I have it written down but it doesn't let me sign in. I have also tried to create a new password but when it asks me for my date of birth it says it is invalid which is very annoying too. Please can you advice me on what to do next? If you can't log into your PSN account you'll need to get back in touch with the Tech Support team so they can reset your password for you. To do this they'll verify details with you
