I bought assassin's creed revelations game at dynabyte in zaandam, netherlands. When I wanted to activate my uplay passport it stated the code was wrong or invalid. How is this possible with a new game which I bought in the store? The code I entered is .
My PS3 account is a dutch account and the region of the game is Europe, the regioncode on the disc is BLES-01467. I contacted Ubisoft for help, but they said to contact the Sony Playstation Network, because they say nothing is wrong with the code. Please help me further, so I can play this game online.

Have you created a UPlay account and redeemed the code in game not via the playstation store.

I did make an UPlay account and redeemed the code in the game.

It's never a good idea to post codes online. The PSN indicates that the code has already been redeemed.

I know, but I got that message when I wanted to redeem the code after I just bought the game. According to Ubisoft I had to place my question here on PSN.

No, new in the store.

Ubisoft contacted me and they would like to know which PSN-id redeemed the code and when the code was activated. Can PSN please provide me with this information?

You should know that if you redeemed it. They are checking to see if the code was used by your account. Be sure you're talking to the real UbiSoft and not a fake trying to scam you. Don't give out personal details etc.

I know it is the real Ubisoft. They say the code is correct, but they can't see when and which psn-id used it. I am not able to use it. Only Sony PSN can tell which PSN-id used it.
