I got the special edition of assassins creed revelations on christmas, but the code for the characters (ezios ultimate armour, crusader, ottoman doctor) has not done anything, except the code has been accepted and now can't be used, i have checked the places it should have appeared in, i would mainly like to know either how to fix, or if i can get a new code. I also know that i'm not the only person with this problem

Yeah, new for christmas, i entered code, it said thank you for using psn, didn't give me the bonuses and now my code is invalid

Are you sure they're not in your download list under account management?

Yep, only a uplay passport there

I checked in services, it says i have game edition, is that different to special edition, it says special edition on box

Upon further research i can't find anything on a game edition

I'd just like to point out my code hasn't worked either. I put it in yesterday and it was accepted, but nothing has shown to prove I have any of the special edition loot.

No characters i.e. the doctor & crusader are showing in the character selection in multiplayer & I do not have Ezio's ultimate armor as an outfit choice in single player.

This has happened to me before with the latest TRON PS3 game, where I redeemed my code and it was accepted but never granted me any of the loot. 

Surely this is a bug on their side and not ours because I can't redeem my code again but my uPlay one was accepted and nothing is shown in Downloads to prove that I had actually downloaded the special edition loot... 

edit: I've been looking around on Yahoo answers and quite a lot of people are having the same problem. Does anyone know if there's a way to contact anyone from UBISOFT and see if there's a fix?

I contacted ubisoft, no reply, but i heard some people were getting ignored by them over the matter, their fault completely
