Ubisoft sent me an email requesting digital images of my receipt for game, barcode from box and also photos of my unique codes. I sent them off this morning to Ubisoft and am waiting to hear back from them again.

Any updates on this problem? I entered in my codes tonight with the special edition and it said 'Thank you for your transaction' on the PS store, yet no download option was available and I wasn't given any of my downloadable content. I followed the exact instructions with the leaflet inside the game box and even for the 30% discount on Assassins Creed II and Assassins Creed: Brotherhood, but even at that, the code wasn't even accepted, as if it had already been used. The special edition game that I purchased was brand new, still in it's original plastic packaging, so I don't know how the code is even invalid. Please let me know if this has been fixed yet worldwide or is it a case of 'if you want it fixed that badly, go contact ubisoft yourself'. Or does anybody know if they're going to fix this 'bug' in a new patch to all of us who have inputted our special edition codes. Surely they know what codes have been entered worldwide and can fix this problem, updating & fixing everyone who shares this error and leaving the ones who have had success downloading they're special edition content unscathed. Thanks

It has done the same to me, I entered the code and noting turned up. When I checked my transaction management it had said I had downloaded the amour/extra characters but they have not appeared in the game itself.
