Banned account please help

Hi.there how r u ? I've been banned in my account I don't know why .. When I call Sony in my country ( UAE ) they tell me that you must send to us email and we will replay from 2 to 3 days but they didn't I've called them again and its the same they tell me to send ............. And they didn't replay .. It takes 1 week and half to replay they tell me you must call playstation support in UK and they will help you so I've called them and they tell me that they can't help me because my account is in UAE .. What can i do I want to play again and I want the reason

First off you should've been sent an email explaining your ban - is the email associated with your account active?

Also, is this the email you're using?

networksupport@ae.playstation.com 

If you haven't had a reply in a few days, phone back, explain the situation fully and tell them that waiting for an email isn't an option because it's already been 2 weeks.

You should be contacting the address that Chrisa3211 has posted networksupport@ae.playstation.com 

 

They will be able to confirm the reason for your account suspension.

When u send email to networksupport@ae.playstation.com  they will replay from the email which I wrote it first so they tell to send email directly ( not networksupport@ae.playstation ) and no response till now .. Thanks for replay
