Hi folks, really need some help here. the last few days when i play BO online i get a black screen with the Bo icon in the bottom right hand corner of the screen after every game i play. sometimes i get a signed out network message. Ive also noticed that the sound is way behind when im playing game but i dont have any issues when shooting people. Ive tried other games but it only seems to be black ops.

Any help would be appreciated

ive played with this account for months without any problem. ive also tried my original account and the same thing happens.

Try deleting the Black ops game data from the game data utility

Just one question, will this get rid of my map packs as well?

This will remove all installed data.

To get it back, run the game and let it do it's installation and updates, then quit out and go to the PlayStation Store.

Find your download list (top right of store), and locate the map packs. Finally press download and you're good to go

ok i tried it and it seems to be working so far (only played two games). Would like to thank everyone that helped me. first time ive been on this forum and really impressed with it.
