I have recently paid for and downloaded the anihalation map pack on ps3 for COD Black ops. never had an issue with other ones but despite downloading and installing the maps several times, they dont work, they vanish. Help?

Did you download the Correct BLES Code? The same one which appears on your Game Disc and Cover.

Go back to the your Download List via Account Management or the PlayStation Store with the account that purchased it and download the correct one. Make sure you allow the Full Text to scroll across as the BLES code is at the end.

They all should be in your Download History.

Also, it didn't Vanish. When Map Packs (and other Add on DLC) and Patches are installed, they are installed to the Game Data section. That can be found under the Games tab on the XMB. You have to Scroll up to find it.

Hi there, I have had exactly the same thing this week, My World at War from my last download is missing too, have you had any luck?

I have had the same problems, 1st download, World at War, wasnt there, this week when i downloaded and installed Escalation, only "Call of the Dead" downloaded & installed.  Also, how do you download the BLESS Codes?

you don't download bles codes as such.

there's a different bles code for each regions disc version. you can find it at the bottom of the disc cases spine.

when you download dlc like map packs, you have to choose the pack with the matching bles code

If the code on your box is BLUS or other ones not listed, then the download won't work as the game has been imported.

hmmm, my killzone discs (2&3) are both BCES. kz3 was brand new from game shop

edit: i just checked the store & all the dlc for killzone is bces as well. panic over

B = BluRay
C = SCEE L= External Publisher
E = Europe U= USA J/P Asia, Japan
S = Retail game D = Demo

For a game to run DLC from the EU it needs to be BCES or BLES.
