I have been waiting for an answer since last week and no reply, I asked Andy who answers at the psn update forum and he doesnt reply, this is ridiculous, we shouldn't beg for a reply when we deserve the customer support, every year we have to face problems with call of duty games, why is that? We bought hardened edition for a reason, so you ppl enable the code for the theme but not the subscription? So u ppl basically knew that middle east will be getting it, so help us, because it's been taking too long for a small question to be answered

I do have same problem. Imy acount is  an UAE playstation store and I have PAL hardened edition.

Please let us to download elite permier

I have the exact same problem with th Greek PS Store.

The major fault is that we weren't informed prior of release of this limitation.

Sony please do find a solution, it is not THAT difficult.

I have been waiting in endless queues in Activision Support Live Chat Service the last week in order to sort this out. It has been frustrating enough this far , for a GAME!

Hi Guys,

I can confirm that Call of Duty Elite Premium Subscription is only available in the following countries -

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Czech Republic, Demark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary,the Republic of Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States. 

Unfortunately if you are based outside of the above countries then, at least for the moment you will be unable access the Call of Duty Elite Premium Subscription service. 

Ultimately the decision to extend the service will be down to the games publisher, Activision. 

For those of you outside supported countries who purchased the hardened edition I would suggest returning to your retailer for further assistance.

If any of you are in supported countries and your code is not working, please let me know here.

Call of Duty ELiTE Premium Subscription which is valued 40GBP is the service which is limited to the countries you mentioned.
