when i first got my ps3 the controller connected fine, but not long ago i had to restore the ps3 system due to some kind of virus or error and now my sixaxis dualshock controller will not sync with the console. I have tried connecting the controller with the usb cable and pressing the ps button, there is plenty of charge left but it just wont sync.

PLEASE HELP ME

Try resting the controller. Get a small pin and with the pin press into the small hole on the back of the controller.

I cant get my pse 3 controller to connect to my ps 3 when i hit the ps button on the controller they just blink like 6 or  7 times then goes off and when i turn my ps 3 on its saying the system storage must be formated if you want to format  all data on the system storage will be deleted do you want to format yes or no press the ps button on the controller and press x for enter
