Cannot add funds to wallet

Anyone else getting this? It has just started yesterday for me, I wanted to load on some funds to buy Fifa UT team packs but i get the error message 'Cannot add funds to wallet' The card and account I am using is working fine elsewhere and has plenty of funds in it to transfer! I haven't altered any details on my account or anything, this has just happened out of the blue yesterday and still hasn't corrected. Any feedback would be great, thanks.

I'm getting the same with my debit card, added five pounds to buy a theme then suddenly i couldn't add any funds, but it makes no sense cause i haven't changed anything, and even when i did switch about my account details it didn't work, very frustrating as there's new content that i want to buy.

I also unable to load funds with my debit card. it shows an error message. i tried many cards but nothing helped me. can anyone from sony help us?

hmm, try phoning their helpline, if they can't help then i guess we'll just have to sit it out until Sony (hopefully) fixes the problem

Yeah i've been getting this my with my debit card, and no idea how to fix it. So i tried adding funds on the website instead of via ps3, beforehand i checked all my details and nothing had been flagged as wrong or invalid. However when i tried to add funds it said that my billing information was invalid...? Huuuhh? So obviously my next step now is to contact Sony, but from the sounds of it people are largely displeased with the service and information given.

Hi guys,

 

If you encounter this issue you should wait 48 hours before attempting to add funds/update card info.

 

After the 48 hour period if you still cannot add funds/update card info then contact PlayStation Support for further assistance.
