Cannot delete anything!

Hey there all. So this strange issue happened to me like some days ago, i think. I didnt know what was the problem. I tried to download "Frobisher Says" then after like 78% it said, could not download. I thought the App was broken. Then today, i checked my PSVita system information. It said like, "free space" 0kb. That's odd.. I tried to delete any other Apps and games. I cant even delete them. I even tried to restart my Psvita.

Yes i downloaded the latest patch.

What is the problem?

Thank you for your time.

Re: Cannot delete anything!

I'm not sure but it sounds like the Vita can't read your card properly, or it's became corrupted. If it has then that's unlucky :smileysad:

Try removing and reinserting the memory card. Then if that fails, try rebuilding the database from safe mode. You can get to safe mode using this guide: http://us.playstation.com/support/answer/index.htm?a_id=3735
If that doesn't work then try getting all your data onto the PC using the Content Manager, then formatting the Memory card.

Re: Cannot delete anything!

If you extrapolate, is it reasonable that your download actually filled up the card, or are you certain you had more than enough space for it?

As it won't let him delete anything and it's claiming the card is completely full, that'd indicate there's probably a problem with it.

Sorry, but that's a fallacious conclusion.

Ok, i rebuild the database. Its working now, thank god. But beware for the Frobisher Says hoax. It screws up your PSVITA. That's the reason my PSVITA screwed up the first time. I get like stuck at 80% when i download it, then it says could not download. Thanks Sony. Im dissapointed on your service and your broken Apps and Games.

Re: Cannot delete anything!

Frobisher Says is a pretty good game. You just got unlucky. Try downloading it again and you'll most likely be fine.

Keep backups of all your games using content manager to save you hassle if anything goes wrong in future :smileywink:

Re: Cannot delete anything!

Unfortunately, it wont work for me. Because this garbage wont download. Sorry, but i tried several times and it dont work. And i wont bother download it again, because it will screw up again and i need to rebuild it for like 20 mins, which aint much but still it aint good.

Re: Cannot delete anything!

You could try downloading via a PS3 if you have one.
