Can play single player campaign missions but as soon as multiplayer is selected it has the quick pop up of reading HDD that goes down then a few seconds later it reverts to the playstation home tabs out of the game

Hello anchco,

Users experiencing this have found that disabling Torrent software on your PC will correct the problem.

The Torrent client uses the same ports to access the Internet and COD4 and basically over ride COD and kick you out.
