Cannot play online

When I'm trying to play cod black ops online, it doesn't work

"Notice online service is disabled on your playstation network account due to parental control restrictions"

I've turned all the parental control's off and even tried to restart te ps3 a few times.

 

Does anyone know what i have to do to play? I dont.

If its a sub account you're using try turning off the parental restrictions in the master account.
