To clear up. That's not a direct office number. It's still the Careline, just not as expensive. You still have to wait in a queue!

I tried it and heard the music for about 10 seconds and got straight through. Not sure wether it was busy or not. It allows you to skip the Playstation IVR though which most people hate.

Seems strange you would say that when the majority of PS3 problems have been sorted and new consoles sorted within two days.
